Let's Run 10K

If you are currently running this is the perfect class to take your running to the next distance.Looking to run your first 10K come join us!! We Run has taught many students to run their very first 10K using the run/walk method that Jeff Galloway has made famous for injury free running. Train for 8 weeks and as a class we will find a local 10K event to participate in.

Currently all of We Run's Let's Run classes are being offered through Kirkwood continuing education program. Be sure and check the Kirkwood class catalog's for class information or click the following link for specific class information
